Great food - Edit
Got two dishes including an aubergine dish & a garlic naan. The food didn’t have any spice (would have liked a bit) but was flavourful. Not much of an atmosphere- no music, quiet and the owner sits at a desk looking stressed #Veganuary

Okay food - Edit
Quite cheap for the prices of Indian food in Thailand, but the food itself is just not as good unfortunately. The vegan options are not marked, but the vegetarian options are and the manager is very friendly and explains the vegan options.

Reasonably Priced and Plenty of Options - Edit
We had a good experience here. Our total price came to about 170THB between two people. The Dahl was tasty though if you like it spicy, and appear western, make sure to ask for it that way. I forgot and there was almost no spice, but the flavors were still pretty solid. Overall not the best Indian food I’ve ever had, but really close to the Sunday market and our hotel.

Good Indian food - Edit
We ordered via delivery service and had 2 curries (mixed veggie and pumpkin), rice and garlic naan. We missed the garlic in the garlic naan, but anyway it was tasty. We also had a fried onion-potato dish as appetizer, they were also delicious. The curries were good, we really enjoyed the pumpkin curry it was so tasty!! Really great. The food was fresh and arrived quickly, hot and well packed at our hotel, unfortunately much plastic packaging, but that's a general issue. The price is ok and the portions are large.

Okay - Edit
Kind of bland. My husband is north Indian and he cooks for us a lot; we were both pretty underwhelmed. The daal soup was tasty and the tandoori roti was chewy and thick, but those were the highlights. The cucumber salad was too heavy on the chaat seasoning and the mushroom matar was mostly gloopy sauce with very few mushrooms and peas. Probably will not go back - there is way more inspired food to be had in this area for a fraction of the price.

Best Indian food in Chiang Mai - Edit
Had the chana masala, roti and a side salad. The curry was nicely spiced, roti fresh and full of flavour. A very good meal.

Many vegan dishes, great food - Edit
Small Indian restaurant with nice staff and good food. The atmosphere could be better - the chairs are frightening labile and the fact that you eat from steel plates gives it a bit of a cantine feeling. There are many vegetarian options on the menu which can be made vegan on request. The food is relatively cheap and really good. If you like Indian food and curries you should definetely give it a try!

I'be been eating Indian weekly for most of my adult life, and yet this restaurant surprised me with a dish I never had before. I recommend you try the Baingan Bharta, simply delicious. The vegan daal and naan were great too. Highly recommended.
