Loads of veggie options - Edit
Very friendly cafe with lots of veggie options (and notes on the menu when things can be adapted to be vegan, including their pancakes!). They kindly made us some take away sandwiches despite us being there before lunch started. I suggest booking ahead if you want to sit in during peak season/times.

Worth a 30 min drive from Ski Centre after Cairn Gorm walk - Edit
Lovely cafe, we visited just after 4pm so hot food service was finished which was nicely explained by a friendly and efficient waitress who explained what was available. Waitress checked what vegan cakes were available upon asking (tea loaf and fruit scone). We had both of those with vegan spread, which were great (so good we bought 2 slices of tea cake to take home). We both had vegan pastry roll too, which came with a great array of salad - cous cous with cranberries in, leafy salad, chutney and squash.

It a nice and light space, with sofas and tables.
It seems to have accommodation too, but we didn't try that.
The property appears to be for sale if anyone wants to buy it!
Pros: More than one vegan option, Good staff, Nice interior and has carpark at back

Really good - Edit
Staff are lovely and the veg sausages are way better than any supermarket sausage. There's always at least 1 vegan cake available too.

Our favourite spot! - Edit
We visit this area often & this is our favourite place to eat during the day. There is a good selection of excellent quality, homemade vegan food: Soups, sandwiches, salads, homemade falafel burgers, hot dogs, pancakes, cake, scones…. Everything we have tried has been lovely & we keep going back for more! All food can be taken away & is very reasonably priced. The cafe is dog friendly & wheelchair accessible (ramp available via the main entrance). The staff are very friendly, helpful & attentive. The cafe has a really nice atmosphere & there is plenty of space. If we didn’t have people to stay with locally we would go b&b, it’s a great place that I thoroughly recommend!

Try the hotdog! - Edit
This is my local and the vegan food is consistently delicious. The vegan hot dogs are made by Balliefurth farm shop (next door) and they are amazing.

Tasty vegan choices - Edit
Great cafe in the lovely village of Nethybridge. A good selection of vegan dishes on the menu. The falafel pattie was very good, served with nachos, avocado, beetroot houmous and fresh salad.
Read moreSecond visit I had the soup/sandwich combo which was a delicious spiced parsnip and apple soup with a beetroot houmous/salad sandwich made with really good bread.
Staff were friendly and helpful and we will definitely return for breakfast on the morning we leave.
Added bonus is that they are open 7 days a week.
It can be very busy - they do a carry-out service aimed at the many cyclists/walkers in the area.
Well worth a detour if you are nearby 👍
Pros: Imaginative vegan choices, Alternative dairy products

Really friendly little cafe with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options - Edit
The people were friendly, the food was tasty with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options and the venue was quite eclectic with different tables and chairs. The outside had decking and bench tables to sit at and they welcomed dogs with a water bowl outside. I had courgette and spinach soup and a beetroot and hummus and leaf sandwich and my husband had the soup and a homemade pastie of sweet potato and tomato chili. It was supposed to come cold but they warned it up for him in the microwave. We also had a pot of tea and an americano and they had plant milks if required.
