Delicious and tasted like the real deal. - Edit
I lived in Austin for years so I've become a bit of a taco snob, but I was thrilled to crush these when they were set up at Two Birds in Detroit. I will be following this place around so I can fulfill my next fix. After a nice bike ride and a swim, there's nothing better than a taco platter and loaded mock duck fries.

These tacos are a delicious art. The mushrooms were fresh and so tasty. Being celiac, extra care was taken on the clean side of the grill. 10 stars ⭐️

Awesome vegan Mexican cuisine - Edit
The tacos are flavorful and there is a lot of use of versatile and creative ingredients. Authentic and definitely the best vegan Mexican food in all metro detroit area. Excited to see when the brick and mortar will open! The menu is changing and different specials so follow on instagram and find the truck and pop ups!

They are working on a brick and mortar but in the meantime, the food truck has been a staple around the city for years. The tacos are all delicious (especially the banana blossom fish) and fresh, with authentic tastes and techniques. They make a point to source locally and pay fair wages, so I consider it my ethical duty to eat there as much as possible😄

Vegan Tacos - Edit
Yummmmm. We got the chicken and Baja tacos with the armadillo eggs. The truck is outside of Cold Truth on Tuesdays. Make sure you check the IG to see where they are for the night as location changes.
