I frequent Nektar in my hometown so I was thankful to see one in Napa while I was visiting. There aren’t a ton of other similar options or vegan breakfast options in town. I went here twice during my trip. It was average - same food, okay service.

Delicious, Made-To-Order Smoothies & Juices! - Edit
Nekter Juice Bar is the first all vegan "restaurant" to open in Napa. They make their own homemade cashew milk and use agave instead of honey as their sweetener. Their menu continues to grow but is made up primarily of fresh juices, made-to-order smoothies and acai bowls containing fruit, cashew milk and hemp granola. There are many juice and smoothie blends on the menu that provide the calories in each. You also have the option of building your own blend or choosing add ons. If you need a quick snack but are in a hurry, they also offer a cooler full of grab-n-go bottled drinks and cold brew coffee - the vanilla and mocha lattes are both made with the housemade cashew milk instead of dairy. It can be a bit noisy but that comes along with the territory when the kitchen is full of blenders and juicers. They also offer several cleanses and the juices are made fresh daily for you. It is the perfect place to stop for a liquid lunch on the go.
