Read moreThe negishi chain restaurant offers a pretty good selection of well marked vegan sushi. Not everything is correctly labelled, though: I have official confirmation that the oshinko maki, kampyo maki and rainbow roll mango are vegan as well. The garden roll is declared vegan in other venues, too. Among the dishes they have, I liked the rainbow roll and the miso soup best.
