I have been wanting some plant-based sushi for a very long time and this place DELIVERED. They also have vegan gyoza and appetizers and ahhh it made me so so happy. Absolutely delicious.

Good amount if vegan options which are clearly marked on the menu. Would recommend the miso soup and Nagoya Hostel sushi plate 😋 Very friendly staff. Food is a little expensive

Vegan und vegetarisch sind mit kleinen Blättern gekennzeichnet, gibt viel Auswahl. Geschmacklich sehr in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Ich habe Ramen bestellt. Vielleicht ist das Sushi besser. Sehr teuer.

Negishi has lot of vegan options. the food is really good and I prefer to go there more than to Yoojis. (they are pretty similar but Negishi is abit more expensive).

This chain restaurant offers a pretty good selection of well marked vegan sushi. Not everything is correctly labelled, though: I have official confirmation that the oshinko maki and kampyo maki are vegan as well. Among the dishes they have, I liked the rainbow roll and the miso soup best.
