Lots of options on preorder menu, less already prepared. Read small labels - Edit
When I got there in the evening, they didn't have many vegan options ready made, but there was a vegan combo. Probably could get more if you're prepared to wait or definitely if you preorder. The sushi from Negishi is good, but you can't quite know how fresh the premade versions are at this location.
