Best vegan sushi in Uppsala - Edit
The restaurant opened recently and you can feel the dedication and love the owners put into it. We ordered the vegetarian mix which can be turned vegan. Other vegan options are also labeled on the menu. We found the sushi super fresh and flavorful. The avocado was plenty, soft and the way it was cut made it melt in the mouth. They knew what to di when we asked for vegan options and even reassured us that the little mayo dots were vegan. Besides the tasty food, we were very impressed by the kind and considerate service.
