Delicious lunch - Edit
We came here for lunch and had a great meal. We sat by the window; great location for people watching. The Caesar salad was big and yummy. Generous amount of chick’n. The burger was flavoursome and juicy. The matcha lemonade was especially nice. Yummy crispy tater tots 😍

"Promising Vegan Fare, But Misses the Mark" - Edit
We stopped by Neat SOHO an hour before closing on a Monday night, hoping to find a satisfying vegan fast food experience. While the service was friendly and quick, the food left us somewhat disappointed.
Read moreThe Chicken Caesar Salad was decent—fresh and tasty, but nothing out of the ordinary.
The Italian Pepper Stracciatella sandwich on artisan ciabatta, however, was a letdown. It was unclear if the sandwich was meant to be served hot, but what we received was an overwhelming mix of some zucchini fritti and an excessive amount of white vegan stracciatella cheese. The cheese overpowered everything, turning the sandwich into a bit of a mess.
On the plus side, the tater tots were a highlight—served hot, fresh, and not greasy. Unfortunately, the classic lemonade seemed like a basic package mix, lacking any real zest.
The biggest disappointment was the dessert. We tried two shakes: vanilla and what we thought was chocolate, but it ended up tasting more like banana. Neither shake was worth the calories, and we ended up discarding them.
Overall, Neat SOHO didn’t quite hit the mark for us, making this our first negative review during our London visit. While it might work for some as a vegan fast food option, our experience fell short of expectations.
Pros: Lots of places to sit and dine in
Cons: Place was a mess, maybe because end of the day? , Cibatta was not great

Even my carnivore friend enjoyed it! - Edit
Cool little place. I hadn’t realised at the time had such big celebrity investors. I thought the food was ok, It didn’t blow me away but it was nice to have this much choice as a vegan and for my non vegan friend to enjoy it too.

Good 100% vegan food in a central location - Edit
I had the Neat Burger, which was flavoursome and well presented, plus the super slaw and some kind of cauliflower wings/bites that I can no longer find on the online menu. The food was all of a good standard, service was fast, and the prices seemed reasonable, especially for central London. The place itself was quite lively without being too noisy, on a hot summer Monday evening. All in all, it was a good experience, and I shall definitely go again.
Read moreThe ordering system on a big touch-screen was slightly puzzling, as it turned out that we should have ordered sauces, even ketchup, in advance while ordering everything else, but that’s just a small thing to bear in mind for future visits.
Pros: Good-quality, tasty food, Fast service, Good value
Cons: Slightly fiddly user interface when ordering

Yummy vegan fast food - Edit
I wish it was more visible from the street— you wouldn’t know the place is fully vegan just by the outside—and the name of the place was too high to really see— but the food was really good! You order what you want on a screen and then sit wherever you like— they’ll bring it to you — there is a downstairs where there is more seating — WC (bathroom) are downstairs too.

Fab little fast food stop - Edit
We came as a group so sampled most of the menu between us.
Read moreAbsolute favourite for me was the “chickn” kale caesar.
Tater tots also v yummy.
The burgers weren’t for me as they tasted a little too “hammy “! But everyone loved them. Same for both on the nuggets but that’s just my personal preference for avoiding fake meat!
Service was a little slow but it was 7/7:30 on a Friday night to be fair!
Lovely vibes and decor. Not cheap but it’s soho 🤷🏼♀️
Pros: Range of options , 100% plant based , Decor and vibes
Cons: Slow service, Expensive

Delicious and affordable - Edit
So many options, menu 100% plant-based. Burgers are delish and range from classics to vegan style. I had the veggie crunch which was filled with flavour. Tater tots are incredible! Homemade lemonades are also superb, especially the floral matcha green one. Only con would be that sauces cost additional prices, but for the cheaper menus, it’s worth it.

Good Deal - Edit
It was good vegan junk food, there's good value combo deals for burger, sides & drink. I went for the chicken burger, fries & house made passionfruit lemonade. It was pretty standard, not amazing, the lemonade was tasty.

Insane - Edit
I popped in here with a friend for a quick bite and had the Caesar salad, it was amazing. I loved their neat burger too, definitely filled the McDonald's shaped hole I've had since going vegan but wasn't overly meaty like some plant based burgers, I can't wait to go again!!
