So this place is perfect blend of upscale and casual. It's right on the bay by the walking paths. Gourmet noms and a free parking lot in front.

Delicious Sunday lunch - Edit
It's not a vegan restaurant, but they have several vegan options on the menu, both for brunch and lunch. They serve both Icelandic and international food. I had a ratatouille sourdough sandwich with sweet potato fries and it was delicious! Great location, close to Nautholl beach, and very nice staff. Customers were mostly locals and that's really meaningful in my opinion, since Reykjavik is crowded with tourists in summer.
