Cozy bakery, cheap as well - Edit
Cute and welcoming bakery with lots of vegan options (bread & cakes for example) which are not labeled but the cashier will point them out for you when you ask! Has a few tables inside, it's a great tiny spot to relax (: very cheap as well: we had 3 cakes and 2 drinks for only €6 total!

Tasty pie and chocolate rolls - Edit
Best (vegan) apple pie (huge piece) and chocolate buns (also vegan) - a bakery that really cherishes and practices "traditional" baking with good ingredients and baking knowledge.

Great bread! Also has tasty vegan cakes and lunch menu. - Edit
Had vegan soup for lunch and two vegan cake/tart as well as many other vegan bread options. Ppl working knew clearly what is vegan and what isn't. The poppyseed cake/tart I got was delicious, super big and quite cheap (under 2 euros) and the vegan soup for lunch that they was also tasty. We brought back some bread and they were really good (if you like german bread). They also had some foccacia and fluffy breads.

Hübsche kleine Bäckerei mit hervorragenden Backwaren - Edit
Die Naturbackstube backt komplett weizenfrei. Nicht zuletzt dadurch gibt es sehr schöne Teigvarianten wie Kartoffel-Hafer usw. Die Bäckerei wird liebevoll vom Inhaberpaar betreut.

Das Frühstück dort war sehr einfach, aber es gab Kaffee in verschiedenen Variationen, alles auch mit Soyamilch und die Brötchen waren lecker und vollwertig.
Der zum Teil vegane Kuchen sah köstlich aus. Konnte nur nicht alles ausprobieren.
Pros: sehr gute Backwaren aus unterschiedlichem Getreide
Cons: Frühstück noch sehr schlicht

Local bakery with local specialties - Edit
Was super surprised that this little bakery *of course* had vegan options (also the classic Leipziger Lerche) and offered soy milk with the coffee. The owner was also very passionate about localism and shared his experiences with the big chains (ie Lukas) in the area. He was also super friendly and let us sit there for a long while, even though they were about to close. They were almost sold out, so I'm not sure how they're other products are. They do have more vegan pastries and cakes though. (Sorry, not sure if they do have non-veg options?)
