Some vegan options - Edit
There are vegan options here but there are also a lot of fish and animal products, so not ideal because you still have to read every label and they are supporting animal agriculture. Sometimes there are hidden ingredients. But the fruit and vegetables are nice, I wish this shop would be vegan!

Wide range of vegan products - Edit
This store has a much wider range of vegan products than any of the other grocery stores we went to in Genua. They carry many options for tofu, sausages, plant based milk, cookies, snacks, candy, etc.

Worth a visit - Edit
We went there at our last day to fetch some biscuits to bring home, because what else do you get your loved ones from italy besides wine? ;) They actually had a lot of options: biscuits, whole vegan cakes and croissants; juices, wine and beer; a large fridge with different burgers, falaffel, sausages etc.; plant based milks and also body products like lotions, shampoos and even makeup.
