Flee away from this shop! - Edit
I ordered twice from naturali's website and had very bad experiences for both times.
Read moreFor the first time, half of the vegetables and fruits I received was quite unfresh and some are even rotten. For example, I had some bell peppers that has white mold growing inside. I hence contacted the owner and she/he said I will get a refund but I never received it.
I like to support local business, esp. the organic ones. Therefore, I told myself probably i was just unlucky with Naturali for the 1st order.
Some months after, I ordered from them again. It got even worse.... 80% of the things they delivered are very very unfresh (e.g. rotten grapes and tomatoes).
You must be wondering why I didn't just reject the order upon arrival. Well, I couldn't, because the delivery person just left the things in front of my door without saying a word...
What else? they charged me for things they didn't deliver... I contacted them right away. They replied one day after, saying they were sorry for my experience. But that's it! They neither refund me nor resent the items...
I think it's important to share my experience with the community. Anyone who's considering ordering from this shop should really think twice.
Pros: nothing
Cons: vegetables and fruits in terrible condition, irresponsive customer service, charge for things they "forget" to pack

Groceries for our stay - Edit
Came to Gozo with our friends and this was our first stop so we could grab some groceries. The cashier gave me 4 euros off just because I bought a good amount of things.

And Organic Produce - Edit
I visited the store and found that, in addition to a wide variety of organic products, it also has organic produce. According to the cashier, it is the only store on Gozo that carries organic produce. Like most health food stores, it carries many non-vegetarian products.
