Original location, has nice selection of prepared vegan food but no cafe like newer location. Great selection of vegan products in small store, staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Support vegan business'.

Modestly situated in an otherwise unassuming street, Birmingham's Natural Healthy Foods store is an absolute life-saver for vegans, vegetarians, and those simply curious.

On the day of this visit there was even a central table over which heavily discounted stock was being sold at 99p - not something you get the privilege of indulging in often!
The staff were enthusiastic and truly passionate about the range of products they sold, willing to offer suggestions and advice, and just generally fan-girl over health and veganism.
If you are after a tasty lunch to go, want to arm yourself with a range of nutritious snacks or do a complete and satisfying shop, Natural Healthy Foods is the place to go!

First time we have visited since it changed ownership and had a refit. A very friendly shop with lots of vegan goodies. They are keen to increase their range and you can ask them to try and source items you are after. They also have takeaway lunch items if you are after lunch on the run. Will definitely be back next time we are in Birmingham.
