lots of options! - Edit
I currently work here and it's nice to see new options popping up in the grab n go cooler for lunches and such. a couple of the staff members are vegan and a lot of the department managers are receptive to getting new vegan products in to try. monthly sale is nice as things such as gardein and beyond meat go on sale pretty frequently.

I don't do all my regular grocery shopping here but there are a few items that I return to for again and again because they are either cheaper or can't be found anywhere else locally.
Read more-NG brand frozen vegan pizza: I buy this when it's on sale for $5. It has the best crust of any frozen pizza I've tried and doesn't have a fatty cheese substitute.
-Bulk items: Nuts, seeds, oats, lentils.
-Jackfruit: Available in cans or prepared refrigerated.
-Nugo Slim protein bars: The mint chocolate ones are the best (not all flavors are vegan.)
-Soba noodles
-Nori sheets
-Primal seitan jerky
-Newman's Own mints
-Beyond Beef crumbles, patties, sausage links
-Silken tofu
-Textured Vegetable Protein
-Chickpea flour
Be sure to sign up for their rewards program and e-mail list to get notified of deals as somethings can be expensive otherwise. They also regularly have giveaways such as dark chocolate bars, seitan jerky, reusable shopping bags. Make sure you do have your own bags or use their spare cardboard boxes since they don't have plastic bags which is great!

Stopped for snacks - Edit
This is a cool spot they used recycled boxes instead of plastic bags. They had a great selection of produce, healthy vegan food, and vegan junk food. Would give this place 5 stars if it was 100% vegan !

Best Grocery Store in Topeka - Edit
Great vegan options for healthy clean cooking. Also have great vitamin selection. For a small town this store is better than Whole Foods. Its pricey but they do have sales which is the best time too shop.

Excellent selection, friendly and helpful staff. Great produce. Cheaper vegan B12 supplements than other grocery stores. I do the majority of my shopping here!

Coming from living in California I was pleasantly surprised at the vegan selection at this store. Beyond burgers, Daiya pizza and mac and cheese, and a good meatless section with a fair amount of options. Will be shopping here frequently.
