I’d say what this place has over other health food stores in the area is supplements. I found some good toddler omegas here in the cold section. Other than that the variety is hit and miss. There may be some good finds but it won’t be the only place you’ll have to shop more than likely. The produce although I’m sure good quality is slim.

A lot of variety, but heb has more fresh organic produce for cheaper. If you eat in cafe it is good but you better bring your wallet! $$
