Read moreIf budget isn’t an option then this is a go to place for vegans. Lots of fresh produce & local options. Friendly,helpful staff. The vegetarian and vegan products dominate the exceptionally large store. But the prices certainly reflect the sizes of variety and even sale items are pricey. Has an in house chef very familiar with vegan food, and a cute lunch bar with tasty options. You want to help these stores survive, but budget is still a big factor,
Pros: Great, friendly staff , Super section , Monthlty, usually free seminars
Cons: Cost , Selection lures you into overspending , Needs more support.

I appreciate having a health store Natural Food Pantry in Kanata, however the store lacks a good selection of vegan cheeses. I also would rather they not stock turkeys right beside vegan meat alternatives.
