Menu vegan à la carte

Agréablement surprise de voir un menu vegane. Un peu cher pour du végétal mais il y avait pas mal de pièces.

Les restaus japonais avec des produits clairement labélisés vegan sont très rare.
Celui-ci propose une box végé/vegan avec différents mets : maki, temaki, onigiri, inari, etc.
Les compositions changent régulièrement.
C'était aussi bon que ça en avait l'air, les ingrédients étaient frais. Bien que des produits se retrouvaient dans plusieurs compos (avocat, concombre), les goûts étaient bien variés, grâce aux préparations, herbes, aromates différents selon les bouchées.
Le gérant était très cool, et savait clairement ce qui était vegan, en nous avertissant que la soupe miso ne l'était pas.
Un peu cher mais pour une telle qualité, ça peut franchement se comprendre ;)

This one offers one vegetarian/vegan box with various bites like maki, temaki, onigiri, inari, etc.
The recipes and products composing the box frequently change.
It was as tasty as it looked, with fresh ingredients. Even if some products like avocado or cucumber were in many bites, each different one tasted different with their own seasoning.
The owner is nice and clearly knows what is vegan, as he warned us that the miso soup was not.
A bit expensive maybe, but given the quality, it's understandable ;)

Pros: Incredibly tasty and diverse, Owner is nice and welcoming, Location in the center of Nantes

Cons: A bit pricy but definitely great value !
