Das vegane Angebot in Disentis ist ja überschaubar, um nicht zu sagen, so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Dank Happy Cow hatte ich schon im Vorfeld einen Besuch hier bei Nangijala eingeplant.

The only place in Disentis I found with clearly labeled vegan options, though you need to tell them in advance that you want the vegan version of the dish. What they could improve is to veganize the mayo for the burger, instead they just leave it out for the vegan version.
