Serves meat, vegan options available. All-you-can-eat place with a typical omnivore menu but staff know what vegan is and will accommodate. Miso soup is made with a fish-based flavoring so ask for plain miso. For vegans: wakami, sunamono, edamame, inari, avocado maki, vege special roll, and vege roll A B and C (say no mayonaise). Note that vegetable tempura and sesame balls are cooked in a mixed fryer w/ meatstuff. Will make a vegan spread for special events with at least 12 guests. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-2:30pm, 5:00pm-9:00pm.

Good food and fast service

This is an all you can eat sushi place. Not a buffet - you order from the menu, and can keep ordering until you are full. There were four vegan rolls plus a couple vegetable salads and inari. That is not a ton of choices but it was plenty for me and it tasted great. The service was unbelievably fast and the food was fresh.

Delicious, Plenty to fill you up - all you can eat

This is an omni sushi restaurant that does an all you can eat format. You can get the following daily (and get as many servings of it as you want): edamame, wakami, sunamono, inari, avocado maki, Vege Rolls A, B, and C, Vege Special roll, there are a few other items. The donuts and sesame balls for desert are vegan. Note: fried items are done in oil with all of their non-vegan items (if that bothers you). (it is worth reminding them that mayo sauces are not vegan - I don't remember if they add them)
The miso soup has fish flavoring in it. Sometimes if they are not busy they will make you a soup with only miso. Also, if the owner is in and they are not too busy, he has sometimes made a plate of a few things that are not on the menu.
If you set it up 2 days in advance and have a party of at least 12 guests, they will do a full vegan menu with amazing rolls you have never seen before. A real treat!

Pros: all you can eat, friendly staff that knows what vegan means, fast service

Cons: wish they'd add more unique rolls
