Really great Vegan food and great Staff - Edit
Everything we ate was delicious. We tried a ‘prawn’ starter a ‘lamb’ curry and a ‘chicken’ curry and a naan because so often vegans can’t eat the Naan. And we were there with my 1 year old who doesn’t really eat and the waiter bought him these roll crisp things which he loved! Really great service and really nice specialist curry’s. Not the standard. Also nice to have vegan options of desert we had brownie and ice-cream which was also very nice

Those crisp rolls used to be my fav as a kid too. I'd put on on each finger and make a monster claw and eat my heart out😄Glad to hear that your kid loved them too. I have lived in Norwich all my life and I can’t believe I didnt try Namaste sooner, what an amazing experience it was. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. I will 100% be returning and bringing friends and family! You have to try this place!!!

Absolutely delicious. Recommend the sharing platter of appetisers. Also had the aubergine special which was lovely. Very friendly staff and they even gave us a free book of veggie recipes and philosophy.

Excellent vegan Indian food - Edit
I went with my omni boyfriend whilst in Norwich and we both loved the food! The naan basket can be made vegan and there was a great array of dishes to choose from, the menu was clearly labelled and staff had great knowledge of it.

Thank you for the review. We do have a fair price policy but the little added expense comes for the maintenance of a grand listed building. Happy to know that you loved the vegan spread on our menu, infact it's more than 80% of the menu. South Indian if just one category of our menu while the complete menu has dishes from all parts on India :)

Interesting and varied menu. Friendly, helpful staff. We had the Papadi Chaat and Cauliflower Buffalo wings Appetizers; Chick’n Labbabdar and the Namaste Special Dosa Mains. All vegan and delicious. First visit, will definitely go again soon.

Having eaten at Namaste India, we were excited to Join Vijay and his staff on the opening of their second restaurant in Norwich.
Read moreThe staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, with plenty of vegan choices on the menu there is something for everyone, if you don't like very spicy food just ask them to make it mild.
Highly recommend the Masala Puris, a real favourite.
Do try the Aubergine Pakoras, and the Onion Bahjis.
Excellent food every time we visit.
All this lovely food in a Beautiful building too.
Pros: excellent food, pure vegetarian, no eggs, good value
