Rice Bowls!

Large rice (or quinoa or farro) bowls with many veggie topping options. You can get well-flavored chickpea as a topping as well. Both the cilantro and lime-olive oil dressing were excellent.

Our Go To @ BWI

This is our lunch or dinner nearly every time we fly Southwest, connecting here. Ability to customize with good sized salad & a few vegan proteins. Used to have a curry tofu; not sure if still offering as of Feb 2020.

Downgraded to 3 stars in March 2020 as they are limiting toppings to 8, while price on salad increased. A vegan discount would be nice especially if only getting black beans as protein.

Pros: Customizable , Shorter lines than Chipotle

Cons: Undercooked sweet potato & beets on occasion , Pricier

Fresh and delicious

Great option, especially at an airport. Full array of vegan options, and you can get your choice as a salad, wrap, or bowl with rice, noodle, or sweet potato (!). Super healthy, affordable, and many topping options.

Fab!

So happy that I could quench my tofu craving without having to stand in the chipotle line! So many fresh veggie (and even some fruit) options. I wasn’t expecting the availability of curried tofu, so I couldn’t have been happier. I got a bowl chock full of good stuff. I think this is my new go-to when work requires travel.

Pros: Lots of veg*n options, Significantly shorter lines than Chipotle
