I haven’t found another coffee shop selling vegan coffee in the area so this was a must visit! They also have vegan chocolate cake which was really good!

their chocolate cake comes from the hotel just behind (silver naga) and is absolutely delightful. we had the same just the day before in the hotel-adjacent restaurant. the restaurant has a vegan chef who makes all these delights when he's there (not always).
Read moreyet, their prices are shockingly high and way over local standards, even for the standards of such fancy cafés. also, they deduct tax afterwards, so the price goes up last minute (its not included in the menu). plant milk is 1$ extra. therefore chose not to have coffee.
but the cake is a must-try!!!

Good caffee - Edit
Caffe is good in taste, you can choose from 2 beans options. They offer oat milk, but it makes caffe the most expensive caffe I saw in the whole Laos and despite the price level you have to arrange cash to pay. They open at 7am, but when I arrive 7:10 they told me that caffee will be avalible after another 30 min.

Order plain toast (10,000) and avocado (8,000) and smash the avo yourself. There’s seasoning too. Can enjoy the vegan chocolate cake and coffee with a cheap breakfast!

We had a latte with oat milk. They have soy, oat and almond milk (allthough they were out of soy milk when we were there). Also had the chocolate cake, that was tasty!

Expensive western style cafe with non dairy milks - Edit
This was a very modern western style cafe, serving mostly western brunch foods with a few Laotian options. Prices are more expensive than other places in the area, and also cheaper on the menu than at the till. They have soy, almond, and oat milk for coffee, and allow dine in or take away. I enjoyed eating here but there were not many vegetarian/vegan options.

We ordered the vegan wrap, and vegan/vegetable lasagna. The wrap was not homemade and filled with broccoli, corn and carrot. Not much. The lasagne was even worse. The juice was filled up with way too much ice cubes unfortunately. Not a good place for vegan food. Still hungry. Expensive for what you get.

Not worth the price in my opinion. The coffee was decent but have to pay 8k more for soy milk for an already expensive drink and the portions were small. Not many vegan options.
