Disappointing Service and Delays Detract from Otherwise Enjoyable Meal - Edit
I recently visited this restaurant for the fourth time, and unfortunately, my experience with the service staff (counter lady) was less than pleasant. On this occasion, the server got my order wrong and, rather than apologizing, she defensively justified her mistake. This was frustrating, especially since this was the second time I'd encountered issues with her service. Despite the food being enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by delays in service—every time I've been here, I've had to wait at least 30 minutes longer than expected for my meal. Given the repeated service issues, I will not be returning as a repeat customer nor recommending this place to anyone unless you don't mind waiting and can tolerate lackluster service, this place may still work for you, but it’s not the best experience overall. I rarey make such comments but this place deserves one for the terrible customer service it has.
