SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
After buying shoes from NAE, and paying for an Express Delivery, I had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay 40 dollars of extra taxes. Anyway, once the shoes received, the size does not fit, because NAE is the only company that thinks 8.5US is 41EU when it’s supposed to be 41.5EU. Anyway again, I contact NAE to send the shoes back, and I have the bad surprise to have as an answer that the transportation will be at my expense, what a shame!!! Anyway (third time), I said OK because they don’t leave me any choice. Then, they tell me that I can pay 35$ that will be deducted from my refund, so they can send me the label to resend the package with their partner DHL. I say ok, do the package and go to their partner DHL, there, they ask me to open the package that was closed to watch inside or they will not accept to send it (not a joke!!!), anyway (forth time), I open the package, show the shoes, redo the package and give it back to them, then ask if everything is ok now. They says ok. Now is 2 days after, I just received an email from DHL asking me to complete a weird document supposed to be a “commercial invoice” or they will not send the package. I never seen such a thing and I have no idea about what is this document. Anyway (fifth time), now I’m done, I should have given this shoes to a homeless person instead. I deeply regret I bought something to this company, it was the first time and definitely the last time. Such a level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is incredible. There is many brands that offer good vegan products and respect their costumers with a decent service, which is not what NAE does, so I definitely NOT RECOMMEND NAE. I hope you had a good time ready about my horrible experience with NAE, and I hope you will not have the same bad idea I had to work with them.
It’s not as good as the one in town but it’s still great. Worth spending some extra cash on ethical environmentally friendly footwear rather than cheap alternatives.
We bought two pair of shoes in this vegan brand. We knew about it from several websites and, since we were in Lisbon and in need for replacing some shoes, we visited the shop. Friendly staff and cool shop in the super trendy LX factory
Nae shoes are made in Portugal, animal friendly, and eco-friendly. You’ll find shoes made of recycled airbag or cork. The shoes look nice and are resistant.
Portuguese brand selling vegan shoes with great quality. Prices are relatively high, but it's worth spending some extra money on a brand with the right values. Staff was very helpful at all times.
A little hard to find tucked away upstairs in a building at the LX Factory. The majority of shoes on sale here are in every sense delighful but a little bit out of most normal shoe buying budgets. Personally, £40 is my maximum to justify on a pair of clothes for my feet. For me, this place is a museum or an art gallery. I thoroughly enjoyed viewing but my credit card remained intact. However, if you're happy paying €120+ to veganise your tootsies, then you've come to the right place.

lovely shoes - Edit
They have lovely vegan shoes. They have a small story at the XL factory. It's an outdoor area with shops and cafes.
