Great options open till late - Edit
Went on a Friday night after a festival. Delicious nachos and their vegan chicken was tasty as well. I appreciate how the kitchen was open till 12, at least on the Friday night I went.

In a pinch Nacho daddy Ftw.🙌🏿 - Edit
I’m driving through Salt Lake City and thought I’d grab something to eat there’s a place that looked really interesting on Happy Cow but they just closed early for Halloween so unfortunately I’m going to have to try them another time.. but nacho daddy was open and in walking distance of the last place and now I’m here.
Read moreThey actually do have a vegan menu. It’s vegan / gluten-free and the stuff looks good.
It’s a sports bar with vegan comfort dive food. Fancy nachos and chips with vegan cheese and vegan meat type stuff.
Pros: They were open, Vegan menu , Options

Many vegan options, fantastic service - Edit
Large portion sizes, a whole separate vegan menu, excellent, friendly servers. I ordered the fried avocado tacos, recommended by our server. The tacos were excellent, the wild rice and black beans were a bit dry, so I asked for salsa and vegan sour cream on the side, which they happily provided at no extra cost. Overall, it was very good, and we enjoyed the music videos they had playing on the tvs, a welcome change to the usual sports shows. We’ll be back!

obviously not for me - Edit
I dont know who eats this stuff. The chicken quesadilla was total cheese overkill. That might work with normal cheese but with vegan cheese it is just too much to eat, especially the type of cheese they use here, which is "queso" cheesy flavored creamy stuff.

Better than last time - Edit
I did not want to review them after my first visit because I ordered off-menu. I saw in NV they had a chicken chimi. They offered to make it for me and it was horrible but like I said, it wasn't on the SLC menu so I couldn't put that on them. I went with the chicken quesadilla this time and it was good.

Vegan Nachos - Edit
Clearly marked vegan options including vegan chicken and queso. Not a full menu, but plenty of options. Friendly staff.

Tasty vegan options! - Edit
I ordered the vegan chik'n nachos to go and I loved every bite of it. While ordering the staff were super nice too and it's great to see that they are making their own vegan queso!

Vegan-Friendly Mexican - Edit
Vegan-friendly Mexican in SLC!
Read moreFood ***
Was very surprised by the entire vegan section they had of their menu. We got the vegan chik’n fajitas with lettuce wraps - these were pretty good and came with beans, rice and guacamole. Lettuce leaves were too small to eat with so we would recommend tortilla option.
Also got the frozen strawberry margarita which we loved.
Service****
Service was quick and good
Atmosphere***
Pretty generic Mexican fast food atmosphere - they clap when someone takes a shot of tequila with a scorpion in it - which is their specialty!
Price $$
Pretty decent price for the money as we were able to split a dish and it was a lot and most dishes are sharing size.
Mi Ranchito Grill
Pros: Great vegan fajitas
Cons: Chain restauranty

This location just doesn’t hit like the Vegas location. - Edit
I wish they had all the same options as Vegas. This one seems like a ripoff compared to the Vegas location!

Good chicken. But the cheese is not good - Edit
Atmosphere is beautiful. Server was kind. Chicken is super good. But the cheese was a let-down. The good part of the service was that they asked how the food is and how we’re doing which is good (Manager and server asked us)
Read moreWe told them we didn’t like the quesadilla because the cheese wasn’t good and nothing was done about it on their part. Just a “oh noo” and “thanks for the feedback” reaction.
We left the quesadilla there and didn’t take it home, only a few bites were taken off of it.
The nachos were good besides the cheese part of it.
The chips and salsa were good as well.
Pros: Good vegan options
Cons: Cheese was not good. , Customer service wasn’t the best, Expensive
