The Food here is to die for, no complaints. I had a question about the food coloring whether it was vegan or not, the employee working looked confused and annoyed by my question. She asked the manager and the manager said “it is made from licorice, everything here is vegan.” So rest assured, I picked out 3 Unicorn Cupcakes, 3 Oreo Cupcakes and Oatmeal Raisin cookies. Upon visiting which was my first time, I took my time to view the options before choosing what I wanted to try first! I was there with my boyfriend and mother, the employee seemed very uncomfortable and rushed me, every 30 seconds she would say “Are you ready?” Or she would stand in my way blocking the menu, staring blankly at me with a very unkindly expression on her face. As if I was some homeless man wandering into their store. I purchased my products, as soon as I took my wallet out with cash and credit cards she quickly changed her attitude and presented a fake “Thank you have a nice day.” I was not impressed. Customer Service is: Fair and respectful treatment of all guests, I suppose it was either due to me being GAY with a BLACK boyfriend or both. Who knows, I do know however I will not be returning there. I called the manager to get some closure on the situation and she just talked over me and interrupted me when I would try and speak. She expressed that she was a 15 year experienced Vegan, and when I told her about my experience with her staff she patronized me with the “I’m Sorry.” Act. I have a good BS detector. While my review may seem NEGATIVE, I do not have anything negative against the food! Great place to visit for Vegan Treats. Maybe your visit will be more delightful than mine, given that I’m a [censored] with a black partner. Good news for the White Blue Collard Straight Men and Woman, I am positive you’ll be greeted upon entering the door and thanked while exiting.
