Would Probably Go Back - Edit
I only got to stop in for a bubble tea because my friend and I were just passing by and had already eaten lunch, but I wish I got to go back. It looked like a friendly environment. I ordered a taro boba and got something that was kind of like a coconut boba smoothie, which I enjoyed, but was not what I expected. I thought it was the wrong thing at first, but the woman said it was not. I love supporting vegan businesses though.

Not authentic Thai, overpriced - Edit
While the menu here is extensive, I’d probably try the Chinese items and avoid the Thai ones in the unlikely event that I were to return, since it seems to be actually more of a Chinese restaurant. The Panang curry I ordered wasn’t remotely authentic. The service was on the brusque side, and resulted in my getting *almost* what I had ordered. The sky-high prices *might* be justifiable if this were a five-cow place, but it isn’t.

Not a good experience - Edit
I was really excited when I got there because the restaurant ambiance is lovely. It's on the second floor of the building with large windows and plants everywhere. The menu is huge! I ordered the wontons and the massaman curry. The wontons we're ok. The curry was oily and bland. Even though the place was not busy, the waitress did not circle back until the end for my check. I wanted to love it and if I lived in the area I would give it another chance but I was overall disappointed with food and experience there.

tasty thai - Edit
Excellent value for the price! Loved that everything was vegan. We got the steamed dumplings, mango friend rice and the lo mein. I probably wouldn't get the mango fried rice again. It was okay, but not as good as the other two dishes. It's always nice to support an authentic and local place. I would definitely go again!!

I ordered via uber eats and it was so good! I had the large veggie noodle soup and it was amazing. I can’t wait to try more things next time I’m in town.

INSANELY GOOD! - Edit
Had dinner here after a long day of travel. Took forever to choose because their menu is huge and has so many options! Service was slow but completely worth the wait. Whole family loved their food- vegans and non-vegans alike! Cannot wait to come back next time we’re in Boston.

Ok - Edit
I love that it is all vegan but somehow I expected more:(the "meat" wasn't seasoned very well and everything was kind of sticky. maybe I was just unlucky with my meal.

I've been coming here for years for business, but haven't been to Boston in 3 years so I was very glad they were still open, even more so that the food is still great. I look forward to coming back again!

Best vegan Thai tea! - Edit
I’ve been obsessed with Thai tea since childhood and could never get it quite close enough to the original whenever I found a place that sells veganized Thai tea. This is the closest I’ve had to the real thing and is enough reason to check out this place! They have a plethora of options for veganized Thai food and I only docked a point since one of the Tom kha soups I tried was a little over sweetened but will def be returning to try more menu items! #Veganuary

All my faves, vegan! - Edit
My Thai Vegan 🌱 Café was one of the main reasons I really wanted to go to Boston. Thai 🇹🇭 food is one of my fave foods ever, and a spot to where I can eat ALL THE THINGS, I had to 🤩 The friends I were staying with also wanted to try, so we got a decent about of things.
Read moreWe got fried wontons and spring rolls, both filled with veggies and vegan chicken, Tom Yum Gai, Pad Thai 🍜, and and a special avocado 🥑 medley with yellow curry 🍛 Despite that it was taken out and not dine-in, the quality was still there 😊 Wontons and spring rolls were still crispy and the sauces that came with it were great, the soup 🥣 was enjoyable, and for the Pad Thai, the “shrimp” was an odd texture, but the rest of it was amazing! Peanut 🥜 lovers for sure 😋 The yellow curry was also good, had some with a bit of the tofu that came with it.
It was totally worth getting dinner there tonight and the staff was very nice too 💕 I’ll be back on my next Boston trip!
Pros: A full Thai cuisine menu, and more, Many different vegan protein options

Exactly what I wanted! - Edit
I had never eaten at My Thai Vegan Cafe before, but the reviews were good so I ordered delivery from them. The Pad Kee Mao Noodles Plus (Drunken Noodles) were EXACTLY what I was craving, and exactly the flavors and textures I remember about this dish prepared at other restaurants in my pre-vegan days. I also ordered the Thai Mango Salad and was blown away. Generous serving, lots and lots of mango, and for me the basil really pushed the flavor of the salad from “amazing” into “exquisite.” Will I be returning? OH YES YOU BET I WILL!

Absolutely loved it here - super authentic vibe. The menu was ridiculous and filled with so many options! I am so happy the business managed to survive COVID - it was quite busy for a Thursday evening. If you’re ever in Boston, check this place out!

So flavorful - Edit
The menu is massive and the place was poppin on a Friday night. You can tell they’re stretched thin right now staff-wise but man was it worth the wait. The soup didn’t look like much but it was so flavorful. My tofu entree was simple and to the point. I could probably eat here for months and never repeat anything on the menu and I imagine everything would be equally delicious.

They need to clean up! - Edit
It's impossible to ignore how dirty this restaurant is.
Read moreDust on the inside window ledges, grime on the outside of the windows, a general atmosphere of dilapidation and neglect.
It's hard to enjoy a meal here without wondering if the kitchen is as run-down as the dining area.
The food was pretty good overall but I cannot go back unless they give the place a wipe.
Pros: tasty food, great choices, good value
Cons: it's grimy and run-down.
