Excellent Service and yummy food - Edit
I was happy to see that I could filter the menu on the ipad to only show the vegan options. I suspect that the vegan dumpling/bun stuffing is same but you can choose how you want your dumplings served: boiled, steamed, pan fried, bun. I had the steamed and boiled dumplings which were the same stuffing but definitely going back to test the theory. Each table also has a set of soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar so that you can make your own dipping sauce to your liking. The staff is really sweet and know what vegan is - they are happy to cater and there is a note section to specify vegan options. I'm definitely going back here to try some of the hot dishes and have the boiled dumplings again. Yum!!!
