Great traditional food - Edit
Went for dinner and had fantastic idlis and masala dosa. The dosa were particularly good, nice and crispy. Would go for lunch next time as the full menu is availability then. Lovely and clean, great service and eating off banana leaves is delightful.

Vert good food but... - Edit
Amazing dosa with different chutneys but people from the restaurant were very heavy, watching us eating by groups, commenting everything and hurrying us with everything. We are used to Indian way to do but this was very unpleasant.

The best masala dosa so far! And the english speaking guy explained every chutney, how to drink the tea here in Tamil Nadu and introduced us the the local speciality: onion uttapam. The place is a little hidden in the backyard, so take care to not miss it.

Amazing idlis and dosa! - Edit
A very basic pure veg place where all the locals go so it’s great to sit with them and enjoy local food. The manager there speaks good English and on our visit we could have the plain dosa (they do a spicy one with ghee) and then all the chutneys are vegan - even the white one is coconut. The idlis are also vegan. Food is served on a banana leaf and they also do takeaway food.

lots of vegan choices - Edit
We had a delicoius vegan dinner (Dosas, Vada, Idly, etc.) with a couple of tasty surpises, we didn't had before. We had f.e. a kind of sweet rice dal desert, very yummy. Great service too. Very affordable prices.
