Great options

Good to see several options and not just some vegetables for vegans. As a vegetarian I am pleased to see paneer and Quorn availability. Vegan Quorn is noted on the separate vegan menu and I suspect (not confirmed) that it's the same thing as the Quorn used for the vegetarian dishes.

However food aside (which was tasty) I got a takeaway and they missed an item off my order. I called and advised and they promised to call me back and refund me. They never did.

I ordered via their website and a list of my order was stuck to the bag - so how they missed something I don't know.

Very often it's not about the problems but how the problems are handled and resolved. In this case I can't recommend the Multan despite their options and choices. They let me down.

Pros: Separate vegan menu, Good choice for vegetarians , Allergens list on website

Cons: On the pricier side , Vegetable dishes were scarce of veg, Too busy for their own good?

Takeaway

He a post lockdown takeaway from the vegan menu. Well organised, ordered via web, able to customise meals, pay by PayPal and collect. Arrived early and waited a minute or two. Food was OK, as you’d expect from your average Indian restaurant.

Pros: Vegan menu, Good service and well organized

Cons: Not special
