Food truck style with vegan options

Clearly labeled vegan options! Definitely more of a food truck vibe than fine dining, but if you want to eat a tasty casual meal with a spork, it’s a good spot to go.

The bowl was the 2023 Vegan Chef Challenge offering, may not be available at other times at Muddy Tiger in Edina
