They have beyond meat - Edit
They have beyond meat with harissa sauce. I wish they’d change the sauce up from time to time though.

Great Alternative to Chipotle - Edit
We get tired of Chipotle. We like the food but the menu is limited and they have gotten pretty expensive. We went to Mucho Burrito because we had seen an article where they had launched beyond meat. We were so surprised at how many options they had for vegans. The staff was very friendly and knew exactly what we could order. Besides beyond meat option they have vegan salsas, avacado hummus, vegan bean options (including chic peas), assorted vegan toppings (roasted red peppers, pumpkin seeds, cauliflower, squash) and even beyond burrito/bowl specials that can be made vegan by removing the cheese. I highly recommend the Habanero & Harissa Beyond bow (no cheese)!
