Brilliant food! - Edit
I've been several times to Muaré and consistently, their food is ravishing and the service so kind and pleasant. I love their concept to create your own Arabian bowl, where almost all ingredients to choose from are vegan, thus you have plenty of options to combine them to your liking. As bases they offer couscous, tabbouleh and basmati mujjadara rice. You may then add more ingredients like hummus, muttabel, taktouka, chickpeas, lentils, beetroot, broccoli, carrots, aubergine or zucchini plus falafels, a sauce and toppings, if you wish. Their homemade pomegranate lemonade and pita bread are also delicious. 5 star worthy.
