Very good - Edit
Lots of vegetarian options, good for mixed groups. I have been multiple times and always had good service and never felt dismissed. I’m also not strictly vegan and have never attempted customization and just order the vegan or vegetarian options as prepared.

IF YOU ARE VEGAN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT - Edit
I came here with my family (mom, dad, sister, her boyfriend, and my boyfriend) for my sister and I’s 21st birthday. The server I had was extremely rude and as soon as I said I was vegan seemed to treat our entire table terribly. I was the only vegan out of all of us. I was told we could order other vegan options than the two labeled in the menu if we asked our waiter/waitress for other options. She had no idea and honestly had 0 patience for me, let alone anyone at my table. I ordered the veggie potato skillet without eggs and asked if it was cooked in olive oil. She said yeah I guess it could be made without butter. It was not good. Also, THERE WAS A PIECE OF CHICKEN IN IT. THIS DOES NOT EVEN ORIGINALLY COME WITH CHICKEN, only eggs. After my family all ordered the hash browns with mashed potatoes inside of it, I thought it looked so good and asked another girl (who wasn’t our waitress) if I could get some and make them vegan. She assured me I could and she will specifically tell our waitress the order (without the mashed potato inside). They eventually came NOT VEGAN. Couldn’t eat anything I got and felt extremely uncomfortable telling our waitress. I would not recommend an actual vegan to eat at this restaurant. The entire staff including the manager is clueless as to what is actually vegan even though they have two vegan options labeled on the menu. The manager came over and comped my meal and offered me a free meal and asked if I wanted eggs. It’s not worth it.

Decent option downtown - Edit
This is a pretty decent breakfast option, especially if you are eating out with omnivores. We were able to customize a potato/veggie skillet which was OK, their pancakes were also pretty good. Our server was really helpful when asking what could be made vegan.

After days of crappy breakfasts this was a breath of fresh air for us. Tasty and nutritious choices for vegetarians. For vegans not much to choose from, but still a few options. Vegan pancakes were tasty!
