Uyghur food in Menlo

This place was solid! They had a bunch of vegan or vegan-possible options, but the labels on the menu were very inaccurate. Some vegan items didn’t have the leaf symbol at all, and some non-vegan items did, so be sure to ask. The dishes were flavorful if a bit oily. I tried the gluten skewers, shredded potato stir fry, and one of the hand-pulled noodle entrees without meat.
