I was served actual chicken

They have a vegan menu that I ordered from. I pointed to the item and said vegan. It then came out as actual chicken. It was meant to be mock meat so initially I wasn't sure if it was fake. Thankfully I didn't eat any of the meat. I raised it with the waitress who took it out the back. The meal was replaced but no apology or discount or explanation.
