Stacked With Flavor - Edit
Whenever my boyfriend and I are in Amsterdam, we always stop in at Mr. Stacks for a late breakfast. I’m usually craving something sweet while he wants something savory, so this spot is the perfect compromise for us. And it’s always delicious.

Read moreWe tried a savoury: the plant based gyro stack, which was the pancake served like a pitta/tortilla wrap with the filling inside - delicious!
And we had a sweet: the Dutch apple stack which was a stack of thick, fluffy pancakes with layers of caramelized apple slices - best vegan pancakes I've tried.
It was very busy, not a single spare chair, so I would recommend booking if you're visiting at the weekend or during busy service times. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent English and knew all the vegan options. I can't recommend trying Dutch pancakes enough, this was my favourite meal in Amsterdam!

Food was delicious, the pancakes were amazing and bubble tea was good as well but I've had better and is quite price for what you get. Service was friendly but while our pancakes came in a timely matter we saw some other tables wait for much longer as there was only one staff member working on one order at a time. There were multiple people waiting outside on a table too (even though it was a weekday) so we felt almost uncomfortable in our seats.

The title says it all... The variety of pancakes and everything else like the traditional "English" breakfast was incredible! I'm sure you can go there at anytime during the day, but if you eat breakfast there you'll get a guaranteed perfect start to your day!

These pancakes looked impressive and were a very good bite indeed. The texture of them were more like American biscuits than pancakes. Some of the savory bites on our other dish, like the faux bacon and sausage, were tasty as well but given in small portions.

The best American pancakes in Amsterdam (even if you compare to non-vegan places), located in the popular and modern Pijp district. Many sweet and sour options to choose. The portions are big, full of flavours, and interesting addons. Gluten-free possible. Very instagramable😄you can book a table during weekdays, for weekends not possible - so you need to be ready to wait in a line. I don’t recommend coming at the end of the day, as they sometimes run out of ingredients

Best pancakes I’ve ever had. I’m not kidding, these are incredible. Chose the English breakfast, but I’ll be visiting every time I come to Amsterdam to try the rest of the menu for sure! 10000/10 recommend!

It is just really brilliant to find a fully vegan breakfast spot with so many different things on the menu.

The waiters were really sweet, the coffe was absolutely great and the food was just really flavourful, and the “egg” was so much better than regular tofu-scramble👑
We would highly recommend this place- but you probably need to make an reservation cuz’ it’s a pretty popular place!🥞

The pancakes were great imo. The place was bustling so definitely get in early or you may have to wait a while to be seated. My only negative is that they didn’t have a few things in stock (orange juice, vegan english breakfast pancakes) this was a bit disappointing but the food did make up for me. My boyfriend was not a fan and found that the options were too much and would have preferred it if simpler pancake options were available.

Omg omg omg i am sooo in love with this place. My partner is obsessed with all day breakfast and the whole trip she was talking about breakfasts and so seeing this all vegan pancake place was literally the best thing that could have happened. We both got the breakfast plate which was amazing. Pancakes were so fluffy and amazing and I dont know what the eggs were made off but it was so much better than tofu scramble!!!! I got a mango bubble tea thing which had a bit too much ice but it was still good
