Delicious sunday roast - Edit
We went on a sunday and they informed us that they only serve the (vegan) sunday roast. The roast and the vegetables were incredibly delicious and we enjoyed our stay there very much. They do have quite an extensive selection of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and the venue is very pretty.

Best Roast I've had in years! - Edit
I ordered the vegan roast which is a butternut squash, mushroom and beet wellington, the plate came with large portions of at least 6 tasty different veg & crispy spring onions scattered on top. It was all phenomenal!
Read moreDefinitely up there amongst the best roast dinners which i've ever had. My partner had the veggie roast which was the same apart from it's topped with a giant Yorkshire pudding. If the Vegan option came with a Vegan Yorkshire pud.. it would hands down win best roast ever!!
The place itself is also a bar/club and the acoustics inside are a bit off, obviously it isn't a plant based menu but it's always off putting hearing people loudly ordering animal dishes. I know I'm being really picky but that was the only obvious negative here. It's certainly worth checking out!!

Pros: Incredible flavours and textures, Loads of variation of veg

Removed vegan menu - Edit
The separate vegan menu has disappeared, despite still appearing on the website. There a few vegan items on the standard menu, none are particularly exciting. Had the chilli fries and sagaloo which were both disappointing and the cauliflower bites which were actually pretty decent. Visited on a Saturday evening and despite there being only one other table eating it took an hour for the food to arrive.

Cons: Limited menu, Very average food, Weird atmosphere

Really enjoyable - Edit
Decent sized portions here and all the food my boyfriend and I tried was really good. Each course was served quickly and the service was very friendly. Quirky interior in the historic area of Norwich.

Can't go wrong - Edit
Love the food at Postle's - always tonnes of choice for vegans and vegetarians and it's so well thought out. Big portions for the money too, so you always leave stuffed!
