thankful for a vegan sandwich - Edit

most veggie sandwiches at chains will be quite mediocre, but i very much appreciate that they dressed it up a bit. many bread options as well!

Pros: Slightly novel veggie sandwich

One star for the one option - Edit

I'm fine with a restaurant having only one vegan option as long as it tastes good. Unfortunately there was no effort put into the vegan option at Mr. Pickle's. When I tried this sandwich, the bread was stale and hard overall, but at the same time soggy on the inside from the contents of the sandwich. The contents of the sandwich were just vegetables and hummus, but the hummus was like water.

Cons: Stale bread, One option, No vegan protein
