Ok when you're starving - Edit
While the main station is horribly underrepresented with vegan take-away stuff (found only very underwhelming if not none vegan sandwiches in almost all bakery stands), this place had a few options, such as a wrap and a bowl. The wrap was labelled as one with grilled veggies, which is a blatant lie, there were like 5 pieces of what looked like defrosted carrots and beans, and the bowl only looked good on the top but otherwise was almost 60% of cheap bulgur. Food did its job, taste was acceptable and made me full, but wouldn't buy it again.

Yeah, central stations are often deserts. If I'm going through Hamburg during the day I rely on Vincent Vegan, but I'm not always in the mood for greasy food.

Schnell, lecker, sättigend - Edit
Wenn ich keine Zeit habe, mir Mittag zu machen, sind der Oriental Wrap oder die Veggie Bowl ideal zum Mitnehmen zur Arbeit, schmecken gur und machen satt. Allerdings sind im Zuge der Infaltion die Preise mittlerweile so hoch, dass ich es mir zwei mal überlege.

Wenig Auswahl an veganem Essen, dafür vieles vegetarisch. Der "Oriental Wrap" war für einen schnellen Snack okay, ein bisschen zwiebellastig.

Leckerer Wrap mit Grillgemüse und Humus - Edit
Der kleine Stand hat sowohl Bowls als auch einen veganen Wrap. Außerdem gibt es diverse Getränke, die teilweise frisch zubereitet werden. Für einen schnellen Snack bei einem Aufenthalt im Bahnhof bietet sich der Stand auf jeden Fall an.

In a corner between inside and outside area of central train station. The food is fresh and fine, even though it is a place of town with substance abusers (they are completely harmless, not kidding). 'To go' only. Prices are fine, quality is good. Juices, wraps, warm rice dishes, warm veggie dishes, the hot (spicy) sauce is nice, too.
