Lots of options, not great ones. - Edit
My boyfriend and I ate here recently after seeing the good reviews, but we were sorely disappointed. We ordered the basil tofu, fried and steamed veggie spring rolls, veggie gyoza, and the inari. The basil tofu and gyoza were genuinely bad, the tofu was pooling with soy sauce and incredibly salty, and the gyoza was almost empty. While the spring rolls and inari were nice, it didn't make up for the experience. Overall, the highs didn't make up for the lows and I would not go again.

Finally a good take out option - Edit
After searching and trying different vegan options at different asian spots, this is my new favorite! Items are clearly marked and the portions are good. The food is yummy and hits the spot!

DELICIOUS Veggie Supreme Plate - Edit
I have always loved Mr. Chopsticks and this was my first time eating there being vegan. I got their Veggie Supreme plate with tofu and brown rice, and added spicy level 2 (to add a little kick) and absolutely loved it. It's a great place to eat if you're eating with friends/family/co-workers who aren't vegan. Flavorful food for everyone.

Tasty, Wide Variety - Edit
I was so impressed by this place! Tasty, healthy options, affordable, and plenty of Vegan options! I would definitely recommend. I started with Avocado Roll and had Veggie Supreme for my entrée...with tofu! My first experience actually liking tofu! Check them out!

Best pan-Asian in Denton - Edit
Denton has some great Thai restaurants, but Mr. Chopsticks has, by far, the best selection of any Asian restaurant in town. The menu is huge, and although it isn't all vegetarian, you won't be limited in your choices. The sesame vegetables & tofu is the best!

Vegetarian YES - Healthy NOT - Edit
I have eaten at Chopsticks for over 20 years. I still eat at there. The owner puts alot of care into vegetarian food preparation, different utensils for vegetarian food - even a separate fryer for vegetarian food - but as with alot of stir-fry many dishes have over 30 grams of fat from the oil used to prepare. This said - ask for light oil or "easy on the oil" the dishes taste better and you'll feel better after eating.

Cons: To go food always wrong, Food too oily
