Excellent

I’ll admit I didn’t find this with Happy Cow - just a Google maps search. Looking at the menu I couldn’t believe it wasn’t a typical all meat menu, but had the option of adding meat and cheese. We wanted to order everything, but both got breakfast bowls. They were amazing. Perfectly seasoned. Served by the chef.

Pros: Right off of Interstate 40 with so many vegetaria., Friendly owner chef, Delicious

Cons: I couldn’t order/eat everything on the menu.

Delicious avocado toast!

We had an excellent breakfast of avocado toast (gf bread was tasty) and coffees with vegan milk. The service was excellent and the setting was perfect. Absolutely worth a detour off Route 66.

Pros: Friendly home town venue, Excellent staff, Some good vegan food/drink options
