Serves meat, vegan options available. Offers Japanese sushi maki and bowls. The majority of sauces are vegan, except aioli. Has four locations in Denver area. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.
While Motomaki tries to present themselves as accommodating to vegans, I can not help but admit that every time I have tried to eat here, I end up horribly sick. Whether this is due to a lack of knowledge of ingredients within the products, cross contamination, or some disgruntled employee who can't wrap their mind around veganism so they intentionally poison your food; you are sure to get sick. I would highly advise staying away from this place unless you are looking to feel like you swallowed a cup full of razor blades shortly after consumption.
It was 17 bucks for a bowl because there is a premium for impossible but I think it is worth a try. The bowl was filling, the food was made fast and it had quality ingredients. I'm a big fan of their touchscreen ordering to keep lines short. It disappointing there is no allergen information anywhere but staff assured me that every sauce but the aioli and jalapeno is vegan.
I got the tofu, it was cold and uncooked which is disappointing compared to Tokyo joes but better than silken tofu as it was firmer, in my opinion.

Very generous portions! - Edit
I ordered a Mean Green bowl with added tofu and tempeh asparagus, my partner had the Crispy Eggplant bowl. Both were outstanding!
Read moreThe portions were so large that we have a whole extra meal each to bring home.
Their ordering kiosks had a whole section dedicated to alerting the kitchen of many allergens.
Pros: Very customizable, Allergen friendly, Friendly atmosphere

Pros: Healthy, Convenient ordering options, Fast
Cons: Expensive for vegans, No clear allergen info, Raw tofu/sprouts is a health hazard
