Really don't understand the word vegan - Edit
I ordered a vegan sausage sandwich with a mushroom too and stated I was vegan. Staff unsure if sausage was vegan despite menu stating it was. Sandwich came and bread had been buttered no non dairy spread available was taken away to be returned 30 seconds later on dry bread so no time to re cook. Filling was cold. Couldn't open brown sauce sachet asked for staff help and he BIT the corner off will not return

Cons: Buttered my vegan sausage sandwich, Menu said vegan staff said veggie, Put same fillong into unbuttoned bread

Read moreThe vegan breakfast was lovely well cooked and overheard staff asking all customers ordering any sandwiches if they wanted bread dry or buttered. Have since tried the free jacket potato and beans asked if I wanted butter I asked for and got non dairy spread a good topping of beans and it came with salad too . Would rate much higher now and feel my comments to managers had been heard

Not great - Edit
After ordering a vegan breakfast, it came with a fried egg on the plate. I explained I ordered the vegan breakfast. The waitress clearly took the plate in the kitchen and just removed the egg and brought back the same plate. I just asked for my money back instead.
