Amazing cheap jaffles! - Edit
Really good vegan cheese, most options can be made vegan, great rotation of specials that were all vegan when I went in. And very cheap!

I was already a bit of a fan of Moon Rabbit from my days working in Preston. The first time I visited, all the staff were dressed up for halloween. I recently moved in nearby and love supporting them as my local because they’re a social enterprise providing practical training for students with additional needs. The staff are super friendly. The business operates on sound sustainability principles. They have yum vegan options, including my favourite zingy ginger and lemon cookie. Looking forward to being able to sit outside on their patio and enjoy a coffee again!

I enjoyed the food and the staff were lovely. The jaffles are different and pretty tasty. Not bad for a quick bite.
