The best vegan cafe ever! Mono has a large selection of bowls - sandwiches like Leberkäse and many diffrent desserts. Without lying , the donuts and cakes taste like heaven and it's always worth a visit!

The menu may not be huge, but it's awesome! A teryiaki-vegatable lunch bowl was terrific, perfectly seasoned with a great salad as well. A chocolate strawberry torte was so delicate and rich and perfect, I can't wait to try more sweets! (Not to mention stop by for many more lunches.) Service and atmosphere also very nice. The seating is a bit peculiarly low and small, but it's comfortable enough and the cafe is sweet. Nice location not far from the universities. I only wish they were also open on the weekends, or earlier for breakfast, but it's awesome that they're there at all! Would very highly recommend!

Eine wechselnde Mittagsbowl gibt es für 10 Euro und war sehr lecker. Ebenso die Kuchen. Ursprünglich waren wir dort, um die Germknödel zu probieren, welche wir bei vorherigen Bewertungen hier gesehen hatten. Allerdings gibt es diese wohl nur recht selten und wenn dann am Wochenende. War aber trotzdem lecker.😄

Nice café close to Hauptbahnhof - Edit
This is a new, small, all-vegan café close to Hauptbahnhof. They have a large selection of vegan pastries which all looked very delicious. I had a small chat with the owners and they were very friendly and nice. I had the main dish (dish of the week I think) which was an Asian inspired bowl and a lemon cake and they both tasted superb. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there was only one real main dish - would've been nice with some options! Nevertheless, I am really happy about this new café and hope it goes well for them. I'd gladly come back!

Das Mono Cafe ist ein kleines Cafe in der Nähe des Königsplatz. Es gibt dort eine kleine Auswahl an herzhaften Gerichten, sowie Kuchen, Torten und andere süße Leckereien. Wir aßen den Zitronenkuchen (hat uns am besten geschmeckt), die Pandan-Kokos Torte und einen Donut. Wir fanden alles sehr lecker und man merkt, dass hier mit hingabe gebacken wird.

I was very impressed with the variety of vegan baked goods and sweets that they offer here. They had bagels, brownies, cakes, cupcakes, tiramisu, donuts etc. etc. The donut and the lemon cake were very nice, but the nougat creme cake really did it for me (the cream is pretty heavy, be warned!) I've never had anything like this before. Would love to eat myself through their menu. Staff was also super lovely.
