Good food. English speaking staff.

Hearty plate of Katsu curry. English speaking staff. Signage is small so it’s easy to miss the place - look for a small sign above the door (check photos). The chocolate mousse was good but plating made it difficult to eat. Three levels, all small; a restaurant area (three tables, but one could seat six or so), a bar area on the next floor up with an interesting glass floor, and a lovely rooftop. I didn’t make a reservation but would next time just to be sure I get in.

Pros: English speaking , Hearty portions, Nice rooftop

Cons: A little pricey , Small place - make a reservation

The best vegan food in South Korea

I will be straight forward, this place has hands down* the best vegan dining experience I have had whilest being in Korea and otherwise. I have visited multiple times and have tried a variety of dishes and drinks they have to offer. I recommend them to everyone who is visiting Seoul. I recommend making a reservation ahead of time though to be sure you can be seated.

Pros: Intimate dining experience, Variety of menu items with unique flavors, Great service

Perfect for a fancy night out!

Just in love with this place and the atmosphere! The food is super creative, a must-try is the sweet and sour “chicken”😍🤤

Incredibly delicious good!

This is an upscale place, so prices are high (20-30k won). However, the food is delicious and creative, which is sometime rare at vegetarian/vegan places. The sweet and sour chicken is to die for! This became our go-to date spot for my partner and I when we lived in Seoul.

Pros: Beautiful interior , Creative food

Cons: Expensive

Spectacular

The vegan Chocolate Mousse is heavenly. Great atmosphere, fancy but not stuffy. Very friendly staff! Welcome drinks are a nice touch, and it was encouraging to see locals eating here on a Friday night.

AMAZING!

I had the Tom Yum fried rice. It was incredible!!! This is the fanciest veg restaurant I've been to in my life.

**Suggestion: I wish they had a vegan hot-fudge brownie with vegan ice cream. Then it would be perfect!**

Pros: Fancy location, Great food, wonderful presentation

Cons: no vegan dessert

Amazing vegan place

Fancy and cosy environment but don't be set off by that, the food was not that expensive and well worth it's price. One of the best food experiences I have ever had. Can not recommend it enough!

Pros: Everything

Great place (for a date)

Been meaning to come here for a while but the opening hours had made it difficult (they only open from six). The place was pretty high-end, a lot of stone and candlelight. Obviously, it is not a place meant for children and the menu items were quite sophisticated. There's a lot on the menu but once we'd chosen and the food arrived, they were huge plates of food! We waited a while and the dishes did not come out at the same time but it was worth it. Contrary to other reviews, our first server was not that comfortable in English but towards the end of the meal, another was much more talkative and friendly.

Pros: Portion sizes, Thought-out decor, Lively ingredients

Cons: Stairs a little hazardous, Not much of a family-vibe, Some items expensive

Amazing place with tasteful decor and delicious food

Pre-dinner bread was warm, soft and tasty. Katsu curry was yummy. The curry had a nice umami and the it was so beautifully plated. Chocolate mousse came with torched grapefruit and kiwi. So tanginess from the fruits did a good job of balancing the sweetness of the mousse.

Pros: Delicious food, Nice decor, Welcome drink!

Absolute gem!

What a great vibe! This place is perfect for that romantic date or a really chill night with close friends. Artfully decorated (with the exception of an animal skin) and filled with really appropriate music.

The food was like artwork and was absolutely delicious. We had a spicy Thai soup and a pumpkin cream dish that was the vegan special for the night.

Everything is clearly marked vegan or vegetarian on the menu, and the staff made sure to know our preference.

All in all, well worth the price for the great food, fab atmosphere, and attention to detail.

Pros: Amazing options, Perfect atmosphere, Great staff

Cons: Pricey but worth it, Animal skin on the floor

Hidden secret

This place is amazing! Small with just a few tables and nice rooftop for sunny days. Food is delicious, size of portions big, try the homemade bread before. The waiters ask for preference of vegan or vegetarian and spoke very good english which is quite rare! Got some explanations to our meals, including ingredients. Ideal for dinner with friends or couples. Reservation for groups required. Missed the entrance door although i have been there before, use maps to find it, as there is no sign outside.

Must-visit place for vegetarians in Seoul!

It does not have a sign but only a gold sign with a spotlight across Cheil company. All the food are vegetarian! Vegan is option. I have been to most of the vegetarian restaurants in Korea and this is now my no.1 favorite vege place!
Lots of their menues contain saitan.
Ingredients looked all fresh, even katsu patty was hand-made, staffs were all overwhelmingly nice^^
The interior design was epic!! View of rooftop bar was also great! Fanrastic to have a glass of wine/beer!!
Soooo glad that i could find such a nice place~~

Pros: lots of vegan options, most staffs can speak engli

Cons: hard to find the location,

A rare fully veg fancy restaurant ♡

I was so excited to discover this place because fully vegetarian/vegan fancy restaurants are hard to come by and a first in Seoul.

A fully vegetarian menu with lots of vegan options! Apparently they are still developing their menu so there might be more options to come~ The welcome drink, appetizer bread, and mains were all delicious ♡ Had the japanese curry katsu (?) and was blown. The cutlet was handmade (soo yumz) and you could taste the effort put into making everything else on the plate.

The service was also great and I most importantly I loooved the detailed interior design and atmosphere. Had a classy but mysterious and slightly spooky(?haha) edge to it. They even have a rooftop area which is still in the works but looks cool!

Overall a lovely place to dine at for a special occasion or just anyday you're feeling luxurious!

Pros: Delicious food, huge portions, lovely atmosphere~

Cons: Slightly pricey but worth it. Hard to locate but t

dinning place

There was no sign at all at the door, like a secret society :-). The place is has very modern interiour. One gets a welcome drink and olives with bread. There were about five vegan dishes and a bit more of vegetarian oned. It is a mix of western and asian cuisine. The food looks great on the plate. It would need some better seasoning, but maybe it is the usual thing of not using much salt in Korea ;-) Drinks menu is focused on wines. Priced of dishes 18-23000. Nice fancy place to have a dinner out, probably to only one of this style in Seoul....

Pros: modern, stylish, good English of all stuff

Cons: open only evenings, no starterts, just one desert

Good place for proper vegetarian dinning

Vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Iteawon.
Recommend 4th floor for 2 person and 3rd floor for group.
Beer, wine and few drinks available.

Pros: Good taste and easy for non-vegetarian.

Cons: Only gold gate, no sign on the road.
