I noticed you went to Poland, the most under-rated vegan country. I did a two month vegan tour of Poland and will do it again next year as well. Lovely people, great food and beautiful town squares. Poznan is vegan central on the west and Warsaw has many amazing places. Katowice has Zloty Osiot, which is the most amazing place, it's worth going to Katowice just to visit Zloty Osiot (Gold Donkey). And in Wroclaw Vega at the town square, two stories of vegan delights. What was your favourite? BTW, in Istanbul, where I am now, it's Vatka and Vegan Kartel. Also, near Taksim Sq, is The Chinese Supermarket with the cheapest and freshest Tofu.

Outstanding service, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. - Edit
I was pleased to see that they had clearly marked vegan toast options, and plant based milk alternatives. Very comfortable and cozy vibe, really enjoyed hanging here. The staff was very friendly, and when I ordered a golden milk, even though it wasn’t vegan, they offered to find out how to make it vegan for me. Such a good place!
