Only a few options - Edit
There were only a couple vegan options and sadly no sweet/griddle options. My avocado toast was awesome with a huge pile of breakfast potatoes, which I appreciated. Friendly staff.

Left Me Expecting More - Edit
They have two vegan options on the menu: The Vegan Breakfast Plate and a Beyond Burger. The vegan breakfast was good, but a plate of just vegetables should not cost anyone $14. It is literally just sautéed vegetables, avocado, and home style potatoes. I would not voluntarily choose to come eat here again. Monica's is really only doing the bare minimum to fulfill the "vegan" option on their menu. Very disappointing.

Excellent food - Edit
Has a few vegan lunch and breakfast items. Staff very helpful and friendly! Our waiter was on day 2 and already knew the menu! We had the burger with fries and the breakfast grilled veggies with really delicious potatoes.
